The HSDopus institutional repository allows researchers, faculty, and students at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences to publish academic documents - such as reports, essays, or theses - electronically at no cost. Long-term preservation is guaranteed. In addition, the documents are searchable worldwide.
At the same time, the institutional repository HSDopus serves as the university bibliography. It is possible to compile lists of publications (by author, department, project, etc.).
As part of its digitalization efforts, the University Library is expanding its future services. Plans include the archiving of research data, the development of a research information system, and support for open-access publications.
