The Journal of Virtual Reality and Broadcasting JVRB has moved to a new editorial platform by January 31st, 2025.
The new review and publication system is based on the open source software Open Journal Systems OJS.
It offers an integrated review and publication system that optimizes processes and improves interaction with authors and reviewers. With the changeover to OJS, also the design of the JVRB homepage was renewed which enhances its performance and makes it easier to use.

The “Journal of Virtual Reality and Broadcasting” is an open access E-journal,
covering advanced media technology for the integration of human computer interaction and modern information systems. It is published cooperatively since 2004 by the Faculty of Media and the University Library of the University of Applied Sciences Duesseldorf.
With OJS, the university library is able to offer interested departments a publication platform for their own academic journals.
