Due to an internal workshop, the service desk will not be manned by specialist staff on the following days from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m and from 4 p.m:
- Wednesday, 02.04.2025 and Thursday, 03.04.2025
- Wednesday, 09.04.2025
This means that the following services, among others, cannot be offered:
- no telephone availability or personal information at the service desk
- no borrowing or returning at the service desk (use of the self-checkout stations or the return station is possible)
- No return of media ordered via interlibrary loan
- No collection of reserved items
- No borrowing or returning of media from the Testothek
- No new registrations
- no payment of fees at the service desk (alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer)
