Service desk of the University Library not staffed

​Due to an internal workshop, the service desk will not be manned by specialist staff on the following days from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m and from 4 p.m:

  • Wednesday, 02.04.2025 and Thursday, 03.04.2025

  • Wednesday, 09.04.2025

This means that the following services, among others, cannot be offered:
  • no telephone availability or personal information at the service desk
  • no borrowing or returning at the service desk (use of the self-checkout stations or the return station is possible)
  • No return of media ordered via interlibrary loan
  • No collection of reserved items
  • No borrowing or returning of media from the Testothek
  • No new registrations
  • no payment of fees at the service desk (alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer​)​​​
