From Monday, 28 July to Sunday, 14 September 2025, the University Library will reduce its opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: closed
The University Library is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with specialised staff.
Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. the following services are cancelled:
- no availability by telephone or personal information at the service desk
- no availability by telephone or personal advice at the information desk
- no borrowing or return at the service desk (it is possible to use the self-checkout stations or the return station)
- no return of media ordered via interlibrary loan
- no borrowing or return of media from the Testothek
- no new registrations
- no payment of fees at the service desk (alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer)
